Aupply asks you for what only you know

Aupply, the AI job application agent for LinkedIn, asks you for what only you know. When a form asks for a personal fact it does not have, it asks you in the side panel instead of guessing, saves your answer, and never asks again. AI never makes up a personal fact.

What counts as a personal fact

These come from you, never from AI:

  • your notice period
  • your pay: expected, lowest and current
  • your work authorization in each country
  • whether you need visa sponsorship
  • whether you will relocate

Work rights, sponsorship, relocation and pay are per country. A question about another country is answered from that country's settings, or asked. It is never copied from your home country.

What the AI may answer

Aupply answers a form in three layers: rules over your profile and preferences, then your saved answers, then AI for the remaining questions, using your resume. The AI covers questions about your background, questions that call for judgment, and longer written answers. If the AI would be answering a personal fact, the question goes to you.

What a question looks like

Are you legally authorized to work in the United States?

No saved answer yet. This job waits; the run continues with other jobs.

Your answer is saved for the United States and reused on every later application that asks it.

Asked once, used everywhere

The job that raised the question waits, and the run continues with other jobs. When you answer, the answer is saved and reused for every later application, so each question is asked once. Every job that was waiting on it continues.

Reviewing and correcting answers

The side panel's Review shows the answers the AI gave, and you can correct them.
