Aupply privacy policy

This is the privacy policy for Aupply, the AI job application agent for LinkedIn. It says in plain words what Aupply stores, why, where, who else handles it, how long it is kept, and how to ask for it to be deleted.

Draft, last updated 7 October 2026.

What Aupply stores

  • your account email
  • your profile
  • your resume files and their text
  • your preferences
  • your saved answers
  • every application, with its questions and answers
  • the job postings the extension read

Aupply does not store your LinkedIn password or LinkedIn cookies.

Why Aupply uses it

To find jobs that fit you, apply to them for you, answer forms from your own facts, and show you what happened. Aupply does not train models on user data.

Where it is kept and who handles it

  • Supabase hosts the database and file storage, in the Mumbai region.
  • Vercel hosts the website and API, in the Mumbai region, and provides Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which measure page views and performance.
  • DeepSeek, an AI provider, receives your resume text, job descriptions and form questions through its API, to produce answers and scores.

The talent pool

Resumes uploaded to an account are also kept in Aupply's talent pool, as are resumes dropped on the Jobs page without an account, one record per email address. The talent pool can be searched only by Aupply's admins. A resume is never shown to recruiters unless its owner opts in.

How long it is kept

  • AI request logs: 35 days.
  • Job description text: 45 days.
  • Match results on the Jobs page: 14 days.

Your choices and deleting your data

You can edit your resume, preferences and saved answers in Aupply, and disconnect the extension from the Extension page at any time. To have your data deleted, email support@aupply.com. Self-serve account deletion does not exist yet.
